My design was inspired by the Red, White, Blue Plastic Bag, one of the significant icons of Hong Kong.  It was design in the 50s-60s, which is the golden age of Hong Kong. The Victoria Harbour cityscape is also considered to be a representation if Hong Kong’s glory, that’s why I combined them to form this piece. The cityscape is contained inside a circle, which symbolises the memorising moment was locked in the fantastic bubble.  In a way for us to remind ourselves of the great moments we have had as Hong Kongers.
